A Moment to Pause in the Chaos


This entire episode boils down to one powerful truth: Words Are Spells. The language you use isn't just descriptive—it's creative. It builds your reality, from your internal state to your external circumstances. Every "I am," "I always," and "I never" is an incantation. It's time to get intentional about your magic.


Here’s how to start rewriting your spells:

  • The Spell of Identity: Saying "I am anxious" casts a permanent, identity-level curse.

    👉 Your Action: Interrupt the spell. Change "I am anxious" to "I feel anxiety right now" or "I notice anxious thoughts." This creates separation and gives you back your power.

  • The Spell of Absolutes: Words like "always" and "never" are powerful enchantments that lock you into a story.

    👉 Your Action: Catch one absolute today. Change "I always mess up" to "I sometimes mess up, and I can learn." Feel the cage door swing open.

  • The Spell of Confrontation: We avoid "confrontation" because we've spelled it to mean "conflict."

    👉 Your Action: Re-cast the word. For one week, replace "confrontation" with "clarity" in your mind. "I need to bring clarity to this situation." Watch how your relationship to it shifts.

  • The Master Spell: “The Pause.” The most potent magic happens in the tiny gap between a thought and your reaction.

    👉 Your Action: Before you speak or react today, insert one conscious breath. In that space, ask: "What spell am I about to cast?" Then choose.


You are the witchy wizard, not the spell. You have the power to break old incantations and cast new ones. What reality will you speak into existence today?
