The Pause is the Practice. That split second between wanting to kick the door and choosing the drill is where all your growth lives. It’s not about never feeling rage; it’s about what you do with it.
Get Curious, Not Furious. When you feel the urge to fall into a familiar, self-sabotaging pattern, ask: "What could I put in this empty space instead that would excite me?" Gamify your own life.
Ease is a Trap (and a Gift). It’s okay to be in a good, easy flow. The work isn't in ruining it, but in developing the curiosity to gently evolve within it so you don't stagnate.
Your "Doing Nothing" is Someone Else's "Productive." Rest isn't always horizontal. Sometimes it's slow dancing in the kitchen. Stop judging your non-action by a capitalist productivity standard.
